Our offerings include: Deployment & Knowledge TransferDeployment and Knowledge Transfer is a complete session covering system configuration, Intercept setup, tuning policy configuration and deployment LDAP integration. All configurations and all steps taken will be explicitly explained and tested hands-on during the deployment process, providing the Administrative team with an essential knowledge in order to operate Borderware Security Platform with full confidence. Administrator TrainingAdministrative Training is designed to provide Administrators with the knowledge required to effectively deploy, configure and manage the Borderware Security Platform (most recent version) in their production environments. The focus of this comprehensive session is on understanding deployment strategies, system configuration, implementing advanced policies, troubleshooting and reporting. This course is integrated with extensive hands-on exercises designed to reinforce concepts and skills necessary to implement and manage Borderware Security Platform in a production environment. Element Training And ImplementationElement training and implementation assistance is designed to help Administrators understand and utilize functionalities that were not previously deployed in their environment or were not utilized to their full potential. In addition, Customers may request assistance with other functionalities of the Borderware Security Platform which are more relevant to their environment in areas where they would like to extend their expertise and adjust configuration to improve performance. Upgrade ServiceBorderware's Professional Services team will assist you to upgrade to the latest version of the software and/or hardware with minimum impact to current mail flow, ensuring a smooth system upgrade with minimal risk and downtime. With this service, Customers receive a comprehensive review of the current configuration, configuration and backup sanitizing prior to upgrade, and restoring to new hardware/software. Health CheckHealth Check is designed to help Customers maximize the operational effectiveness of their MXtreme or Borderware Security Platform and ensure that only clean messages are delivered to their network. Through a comprehensive review of the Customer's current configuration, our Professional Services Consultants will provide a detailed report identifying the health of system processes, database stability and overall performance. Detailed recommendations for optimizing spam capture effectiveness and performance will be provided in the Health Check™ Diagnosis report. Issues detected during the Health Check, some of which the Customer may not be even aware of will be recorded and passed to the BorderWare Support Team to be properly addressed and resolved.
